Terms of Service

TOS

1. BOOKINGS

All bookings must be made online or via phone.

By confirming a booking, the Producer/Organizer agrees to the terms outlined in this document.

2. PAYMENTS

Full payment in advance is mandatory to confirm a booking.

​

3. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

Any confirmed booking may be rescheduled without liability if requested at least 14 days prior to the booking date.

No refunds will be issued for rescheduling or no-shows within 14 days of the booking date.

 

4. TIMINGS

Full Day: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

4-Hour Slots:

  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Sessions starting before 9:00 AM or extending beyond 9:00 PM will be billed at ₹1,000 per additional hour, unless agreed otherwise.

5. EQUIPMENT & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Please refer to the “What’s Included” section on www.arohy.com for the detailed equipment list.

Any additional requirements must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the session and will be charged separately.

6. HARDWARE / SOFTWARE FAILURE

Arohy uses well-maintained hardware and software. In the rare event of hardware, software, or technical failure during or after a session, Arohy may, at its discretion and based on assessment, waive or refund an amount not exceeding the approved estimate.

Arohy shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. POWER SUPPLY & BACKUP

In the rare event of a power cut in the locality, UPS backup will be available for up to 6 hours. During this time, the lift and air-conditioning will not function; however, stair access will remain available.

If uninterrupted power is critical for your event or production, we strongly recommend arranging for a generator in advance.

Arohy shall not be held liable for any disruptions arising from external power outages.

8. DELIVERABLES & DATA RETENTION

Deliverables (files) may be collected on a pen drive on the day of the session.

The Producer is responsible for taking daily backups and collecting/copying all relevant files upon completion of the project.

All session files will be deleted 7 days after delivery or after the last booking date (whichever is earlier).

9. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT / INFRA

Any damage caused to equipment or infrastructure due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the Producer.

Failure to compensate for damages may result in exclusion from future bookings. 

If any equipment appears damaged or missing at the start of your session, please inform the session engineer immediately.

 

10. PERSONAL ITEMS / LOST PROPERTY

Please do not leave personal belongings unattended.

Arohy/Shaale is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged on the premises.

 

11. FOOD & WASTE MANAGEMENT

Beverages are permitted inside the studio space. However, any spills on carpets or damage to infrastructure must be borne by the Producer. Food is strictly prohibited.

If breakfast, lunch, or dinner is served on the premises, a waste disposal charge of ₹200 per session will apply.

Please help maintain cleanliness by separating dry and wet waste and using the designated bins.

 

12. COPYRIGHTS

Arohy provides professional services and does not claim any copyright over the content produced.

All rights remain with the Producer, artists, or relevant parties as per their mutual agreement.

Use of copyrighted material without authorization is a punishable offense. Arohy/Shaale shall not be liable for any copyright infringements or related indirect damages.

KINDLY NOTE

  • Restroom is located on the 3rd floor (accessible via stairs or lift).

  • Lift capacity: Maximum 4 persons at a time.

  • Studio doors must remain closed at all times.

  • Please maintain silence and cleanliness in common areas and outdoors.

As a general rule, this website does not collect Personal Information about you when you visit the site automatically. You can generally visit the site without revealing Personal Information, unless you choose to provide such information. If this website requests you to provide personal information, adequate security measures will be taken to protect your personal information.

 

Site visit data:
This website may record your visit and may log the following information for statistical purposes your computer generic IP address; the name of the top-level domain from which you access the Internet (for example, .gov, .com, .in, etc.); the type of browser you use; the date and time you access the site; the pages you have accessed and the documents downloaded and the previous Internet address from which you linked directly to the site.
